We’ve had an eventful few weeks in the Market Research & Insight team specifically.
Jamie and Jodie attended the Insight Show to catch up with some of the latest industry trends, network and find out what our clients were up to in general. It was especially interesting to see how clients present their business and how they handle their clients’ business issues & problems.
May also saw a rise in some really wonderful job briefs for projects across Media & Data Analysis, Innovation Research, Brand & Communications Research as well as a surge in demand for candidates for some really interesting Insight roles in Retail, FMCG and financial services.Qualitative roles at senior level are also very much in demand still and we have noticed that candidates are much more confident in their decision to find a new job in comparison to the same period in 2014.
Yesterday some of the team attended the Media Research Group quiz. Unfortunately our brains weren’t in the best of shape and we probably hit an all time low achieving joint lowest place. Of course, we blame this on the very excruciating marking system where some questions, if answered incorrectly, merited a dramatic loss of 10 points!!!! Anyway keeping to the spirit of things we really enjoyed the evening and look forward to beating our record next year!
And finally….we are very excited to announce the arrival of a new recruit to the team, another Manuela! Just to confuse everyone even more, there will be some cross over in terms of business and accounts. We’re very excited to have her on board.
