Looking back.


The recruitment world is changing dramatically but there will always be room for specialist recruiters in the market place.

Whilst many larger companies have implemented in house recruitment teams to manage their recruitment processes and help them reduce their recruiting costs considerably, many still continue to use the services of specialist recruiters as they realise that they are able to then attract a broader candidate base. Some candidates will, quite frankly, still only work with recruitment agencies.

In a world where competition is fierce, smaller and medium sized companies often compete for good candidates against a larger number of competitors than before.  We know ourselves that, if you are a “high demand” candidate,  the number of opportunities to find a new job can be so great  that you won’t have the time to explore all the opportunities on offer and would elect to use a good recruitment company to help you select the best   career opportunity for you.

Although many larger companies may boast an international brand presence and believe that this is enough to attract candidates, they will also face the obstacle of preconception and their reputation will not always be enough to find the right person. A more neutral recruitment company will be able to help them work against this.

2013 will be more of the same. There will always be room for a good solid recruitment company and we are confident that our strengths in 2012 have really helped our clients and candidates make the right recruitment decisions.  We have had an overall interesting year but ending well and  all look forward to the holidays where we can recharge and get ready for the new year and its many opportunities.
