Admin support and coordination for Project and Committee teams within the International Development & Aid sector.
Duties include travel, visa, meeting and expense management. Organising events including regular committee meetings at which you will need to be present to minute them. Drafting agendas, preparing briefing notes and the minutes of meetings for circulation. You should have strong admin or secretarial skills including either experience with minute taking, speed writing or shorthand. Excellent verbal and written skills for synopsis writing and basic research. An interest in international NFP sector advantageous. Temp role to the end of 2022 for maternity leave. Minute taking skills will be tested at interview
