An office administrator is required for a maternity cover for 10 months within a real estate office in London. Role involves assisting senior directors with ad hoc administration duties, answering calls, ensuring the smooth running of the office including restocking refreshments, assisting other teams including the accounts department when required and handling any queries regarding the office. Chosen candidate will need to have good microsoft office skills with a minimum of 18 months office/facilities/reception general administration experience as well as be happy to be the go to person in the office as well as being available to work in the office 3 days and 2 days at home.
