Global corporate client is seeking a Compensations manager who has worked within rewards, benchmarking and compensations ideally within an International HR team.

Chosen candidate will need 4yrs+ HR Compensations experience with implementing annual and mid year plans and systems as well as compensation analytics and ideally a knowledge of Workday or Greenhouse systems.

Role involves:

Managing critical compensation functions, including survey participation, job assessments, compensation structure development, incentive plan design and related modelling and analyses

Design, deliver, and manage compensation programs for assigned client groups, including being an effective challenger to clients as needed

Participate in strategic compensation projects

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop competitive offer packages for external hires

Manage ongoing HR reporting requirements, such as monthly accruals and headcount reporting

This role is based in Central London with a competitive renumeration package.
