Business Executive Assistant role to a HNWI within Real Estate

A one-off opportunity has arisen for an intelligent, approachable, independent, detail orientated and numerate Business/Private Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience.

This position will provide 24/7 support to a busy internationally based CEO and is a combination of EA work with a focus on sales lead generation so a commission structure would be implemented.

 As an essential right hand support to a high net worth individual, no two days will be the same and you will be assisting 24/7 to the CEO's business needs, as well as setting up a newly founded London office. 

High attention to detail is key here. The successful candidate will be considered, highly numerate, friendly, intelligent, forward-thinking and discreet, with an ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, multifaceted role A brilliant opportunity for someone who is a true right hand support, looking for a new exciting challenge in a business and private capacity, supporting an inspirational boss

This is a 'hands-on' role and will suit an individual who has an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, proactive and hardworking personality and a passion for going above and beyond.


The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 yrs+ previous EA experience working closely with high net worth individuals in a fast-paced environment, outstanding administrative and organisational skills, and an ability to work under pressure whilst being detail-driven and be able to hold the highest standard of integrity and business ethics as well as being relied upon to show utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.

 Role includes but is not limited to:

  • UK office development and facilitate coordination of the new office.
  • Involvement in hiring staff
  • Following up on potential business leads
  • Assess the importance and urgency of requests and prioritise and diarise as appropriate, responding to requests for meetings in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
  • Coordinate CEO's domestic and international travel arrangements booking flights, arranging visas, check-in online, provide boarding passes, appropriate transfer transport and accommodation specifying any preferences.
  • Organising international meetings and preparation of documentation arranging meetings and events with all associated logistics/arrangements, assessing and selecting venues
  • Drafting agendas, writing up minutes for meetings
  • Expense management on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Organise authorisation for invoices to facilitate timely payment to providers.
  • Represent the business in a professional manner throughout, to both internal employees and external stakeholders from suppliers to customers.


  • Computer literate, with excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )
