An international agency has an opening for a Senior  Research Director. 

This is an attractive senior opening to join and lead a specialist insights and research team based in London.

The international agency works with leading FMCG brands helping them understand consumer behaviour to win at retail. They provide behavioural insights working on a range of product and packaging development projects where innovation is key.

They are looking for an ambitious individual to lead a team and take ownership for several key accounts, reporting into the MD.

You are a natural leader and commercially focused, nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. This role will be focused on quantitative methodologies, although an interest/experience in qualitative methods would be beneficial. 

You recognise the changes in the competitive landscape and the need to innovate.

You also enjoy the adoption of new thinking, new tools and methodologies to stay ahead as well as building strong personal relationships and influencing clients' strategic decision-making.

 ou will be experienced with quantitative research at senior level in an market research/ insight agency environment.

You will be extremely knowledgeable about packaging and product testing as well as have experience working with FMCG clients.

You will also be ambitious and have confidence working with clients at an international level.
