Our client is a global research and intelligence company with offices based globally.

They work with fintech and financial services clients and specialise in data and information gathering, customer based insight generation and business support. 

As part of the next stage of their growth plans they have created a new opening for an experienced Data specialist who will take ownership of a Master global B2B questionnaire (runs 2 x year over 15 countries with 30,000 respondents).    

As such you will become a subject matter expert, the B2B survey specialist and the go to person for all operational processes related to this study.

Responsibilities will include

  • Setting and managing the operational timeline ensuring that the study is run to time and to cost 
  • Coordinate and consolidate  market research studies data into actionable items and reports.
  • Creation of databases (ASCII, Excel and SPSS) and tables of results through the use of large data sets.
  • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure data accuracy and reliance.
  • Analyse autonomously qualitative data and provide expert support in the development, implementation and timely availability of data to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with Marktab and SPSS Tables, Quancept and SPSS Dimensions programming for Market Research Surveys.
  • Ownership of all client specific requirements into the study
  • Key liaison between fieldwork partners and internal research teams
  • Data validation and quality control
  • Link testing and data checking
  • Preparation of merged data files
  • Contributing towards the delivery of data to clients including cross tab analysis
  • Exposure to other parts of ops including RFQ and vendor management


Skills required 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management/market research operations
  • Experience in processing large volumes of data across multiple markets
  • Experience working with market research survey data 
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Highly organised with confident communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Curiosity and solution-focused thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, within a global company
