THE POSITION

This is a client facing opportunity for an experienced and capable Research Manager to work for innovative and pioneering global brands consulting and helping them shape their product innovation strategy.

You will manage the delivery of all aspects of market research for complex and customised studies using your skills in research design, analysis, reporting and storytelling.

In this position you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of multimarket projects including shopper journeys, concept and pack testing, touch point journey mapping, in home usage and attitude studies as well as advertising research and brand health studies. You will mentor and coach more junior team members.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
A passion for brands and products
Experience with quantitative research methods including NPD, shopper journey, concept and pack testing and usage and attitudes.
Excellent analytical skills
Previous client management experience and an ambition to deliver exceptional service.
Research experience ideally within an agency.
