A dynamic, fast growing agency, pioneering next generation insights and marketing analytics agency has an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Associate Director (Quantitative) with a background in new product innovation or brand strategy research.

Our client works with the most innovative, biggest and fastest growing global brands, from film studios, global drinks companies, to technology giants and the largest FMCG's.

They inspire them to develop winning brand strategies and help them innovate and develop new products for their clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead a team of Research Managers responsible for the delivery of research projects from design to delivery
  • Prepare sharp and smart proposals
  • Analyse quantitative data and turn them into actionable insights
  • Deliver focussed action based insights to your clients.

About you

We are looking for an individual with

- Strong skills in varying Quantitative Market Research techniques

- Research Management experience working in Product Innovation and Brand Strategy.

- Previous client management experience

- The ability to present confidently and turn numbers into insightful stories

- A commercial outlook

- Team management and coaching experience
