THE POSITION

This is a client facing quantitative market research opportunity for an experienced and capable experienced Research Manager with a background in Product Innovation and Shopper Insights.
In this position you will work closely with your clients and enjoy a variety of multi-market projects including shopper journeys, concept and pack testing, touch point journey mapping, in home usage and attitude studies.

You will also develop and manage the delivery of customised and complex studies and use your market research skills in design, analysis, reporting, guiding junior team members and storytelling.

What we need from you

• A passion for brands and products
• Experience with quantitative research methods including NPD, shopper journey, concept and pack testing and usage and attitudes.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous client management experience.
• Research experience mandatory at a research agency.
