Description

A leading research and analytics consultancy to the Television, Film, Media and Communications sectors are looking for an experienced Research Analyst to join their consumer research team.

This is an extremely interesting opportunity which will offer you the chance to gain a unique insight into evolving business models and trends in television, communications, advertising, digital media, content and services.
You will support clients across a range of companies including Hollywood studios, pay TV operators, online video providers and broadcasting groups, helping them navigate a complex and fast paced environment, using your primary quantitative research skills.
The position is varied, and responsibilities will include
- working on both syndicated and ad hoc projects,
- writing reports on industry trends,
- delivering on site presentations,
- assisting with sales meetings
- working with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to help clients deal with live business challenges.

Skills/ Attributes required
- Previous experience in quantitative consumer research (including questionnaire design/ project management), ideally within the media, broadcast or related
- Understanding of qualitative methodologies advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to present in an engaging way
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships both within the company and externally with clients
- Some experience of SPSS, Q, Snap, STATA, Excel statistical packages or equivalent
- Strong academics
