International translation firm are hiring for their Client Services team. Your role is pivotal to supporting the sales and marketing process for the Client Account Directors and the Project Management & Editorial teams. HOURS OF WORK 0800-1630
You should be a strong administrator with previous experience in a Coordination, project admin or client service role. You will be required to have frequent contact with clients and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include assessing documents & formulating word counts so that sales team may quote to clients
Uploading project instructions internally for project managers to assign work.
Liaising with clients and confirming requests, clarifying submission instructions and dealing with any ad hoc requests
Communicating & coordinating with sales teams on all client requests, projects
Communicating concisely and accurately all project details across various internal departments
Forwarding and escalating requests from company inbox to an appropriate team member
Supporting business development by assisting the sales team with the preparation of project estimates, word counts, and quotes, as necessary
Collaborating with internal sales- and project-management teams to ensure that newly submitted projects are actioned
Conducting online research into new cases, compiling client call lists, updating and cleansing database.
