Our client, a major international Multi-Channel broadcaster is looking to hire a Sales Traffic Exec to sit within their team.

Training will be provided for those candidates who are able to demonstrate some relevant work experience within TV Broadcast, Commercial Operations, Adsales Ops or Traffic related role - content delivery.

Ideal candidate will have a strong passion for TV and advertising and be willing to learn.

The role:

Work alongside their other Sales Traffic Executive to coordinate daily commercial delivery from sales houses, teleshopping clients and creative agencies to ensure daily transmission schedules are completed accurately and by set deadline for all our UK, EMEA, and Polish Channels. Always looking to keep commercial airtime optimized and in accordance with Ofcom regulations.
Attending quarterly Sky Media Sales Meeting to get an overview of channel performance from the Adsales perspective. As well as meeting regularly with the Director of Research to discuss updates on sponsorship deals, commercial impacts and Sky Media CPTs.
Provide an on call service for any commercial related issues that might jeopardise smooth channel transmission

Key Tasks:
• Coordination of on-air commercial activity across all relevant channels transmitted from TVT & Polsat (UK, EMEA and Poland) in accordance with Ofcom regulations
• Liaison with sales houses in regards to commercial delivery of both provisional & final spot files
• Daily co-ordination of commercial delivery from sales houses and creative agencies to TVT playout via Adstream, IMD and Honeycomb
• Liaison with 3rd parties for teleshopping (requesting new copy, monthly schedules / copy rotations)
• Ensuring all the copy is logged and sent to playout for ingest in a timely manner
• Scheduling of teleshopping for UK channels
• Prioritize and manage commercial traffic copy for both longform and shortform
• Importing and generating daily as run reports for the sales houses
• Assisting with sponsorship deals for the UK channels
• Logging all sponsorship deals for both EMEA & UK and circulating throughout the department
• Provide an on call service for any commercial related issues that might jeopardise smooth channel transmission
• Providing monthly break charts to external sales houses for EMEA channels
• Monthly Sales Meeting - update of CPT's from previous month and forecast for upcoming month, channel performance, sponsorship updates and AOB.
