Research Manager Customer Experience Research
Due to expansion we have an opportunity to join a full service research consultancy and deliver insights across large scale customer programs as well as ad-hoc projects. They have grown 40% year on year and offer bespoke solutions to clients using new and established research approaches.
This is an opening for an experienced Quantitative Research Specialist (Qualitative skills would be also beneficial) to join their team focused on commercial sector research in the customer experience space. As an RM you will be responsible for

- building and managing relationships with clients,
- taking lead on projects ,
- writing reports and proposals as well as producing insightful presentations.
- Demonstrating expertise as a customer experience specialist
