A Senior opportunity to join a growing successful partnership as Director of the CX Insight team.

The role is predominantly quantitative, although qualitative skills are advantageous. Your focus would be to deliver and build customer experience work in the commercial sector.
You will have significant experience of and interest in customer experience research.

You will take a lead role on one of the company's top 5 client accounts developing relationships, designing new services as well as taking a lead role on large complex high profile projects to ensure added value and depth of insight.
It goes without saying you will have an excellent track record in leading critical thinking, targeting various audiences as well as designing and developing major campaigns.
On a more technical level this role will suit someone with skills in statistical techniques including key driver analysis and segmentation.
