Our client, is a leading international full-service provider of technical expertise, equipment for broadcast, corporate, music, festivals, film and tv productions.

Based in Birmingham

MUST have experience in booking/scheduling of crews for a wide variety of broadcast related projects.

Crewing Co-ordinator

Working as part of the UK crewing services team, the main purpose of the role is to source staff for their live video broadcast operations and Post Production Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the selection and booking of staff.
Co-ordinate project specific admin duties including:
Compile and issue schedules and contact sheets.
Liaise with sub-contractors and event production staff regarding visas, work permits, H&S compliance as well as travel and accommodation.
Raise and issue crew PO orders.
Monitor crew documentation compliance.
Collating and submitting crew data, ensuring accuracy and ongoing data protection compliance.
Liaise with finance regarding project labour invoicing
Contribute to weekly Crewing Services meetings and project status updates.

Successful candidates must have experience within specifically booking Crews/staff for broadcast related projects.

Passion for the industry is key, along with solid admin/co-ordination skills specific to crewing up projects.

Based in Birmingham, with some travel to London.
