We have a really exciting opportunity to join a boutique post facility in Soho as the Senior Post Producer.

This boutique facility provides post production services across Avid, Premiere, FCP, Flame, Protools and Baselight.

You will be managing the post-production of a variety of genres and facilitate the projects as they progress through the post production process, helping to build strong working relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of productions as they progress through the facility, ensuring smooth handovers, liaising between internal departments (sales, operations, creatives, accounts and machine room) as well as with the clients.
Responding quickly to requests and any problems that may arise.
Booking in projects based on the agreed quotations and on the productions' post schedule. Pre-empting potential issues and planning ahead
Effectively monitor projects making sure they deliver on time and within budget, reporting any extra costs should they arise
Booking freelance creatives and 3rd party partners, with the guidance and approval of management
Accurately report to clients on final costings and promptly invoice projects in good time and as per agreed terms
Regularly feeding back to sales any appropriate information regarding status current projects, possible sales leads or potential new business
Work alongside the Sales team to help pitch for new productions
Proactively maintain and develop productive relationships with all the Company's existing clients
Advise clients on best technical practice and most efficient post production workflows, and manage these workflows throughout the project
You will keep yourself abreast of new technologies as they are adopted by the company from time to time and take an interest introducing them to our client base.



A minimum of 5 years' Post Production experience in the industry as a Post Producer
Capable of understanding, pitching and quoting all aspects of Post Production undertaken by the business in a professional manner in order to promote the Company's brand and service offering
A demonstrable track record of success - ideally having worked in a team with other post producers
Experience working across a range of genres with Broadcast Long Form being the principle genre
A good knowledge of Post Production workflows, technologies and terminologies
Good numeracy, literacy and writing skills.

Good working knowledge of Farmers Wife software
A good practical knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, database management and invoicing systems.
