New Business Manager

A London based Creative Production Studio is looking for a New Business Manager to represent the company and be a major part in the growth and development of the studio.

The main focus of this role is to generate new clients for the studio, actively generating leads and going on client meetings. They also require you to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and find new opportunities to work with them in different ways or with other parts of their business.


- Working closely with the Marketing/Business Development Director and Creative

Director/MD to co-create and execute new business and marketing strategy and

activity plans

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the studio's portfolio/expertise and how this helps clients to realise their marketing and communication goals

- Extensively networking at agency and client attended events (business and social) in order

to generate awareness of the company brand and generate leads

- Exploring and contacting new client leads over different means such as: LinkedIn, email and phone

- Maintaining awareness of how different types of clients and projects impact on the

company's revenue and profitability targets and adjusting new business and marketing

activity accordingly

- Being able to confidently and effectively hold new business meetings and credentials

presentations with clients at all levels, whether alone or with wider team

- Using the marketing and business development team's reporting and communication

processes to keep the wider Marketing and Business Development team, as well as the rest

of the studio fully aware of activity, progress and results

- Working with Director level management on creating and seeking out PR opportunities for the company.

- Maintaining all social media channels, making sure they are regularly effectively

used to promote the company's reputation for strong creativity

- Using social channels to research and network online with potential prospects and clients

- Maintaining the studio CRM system with completely up-to-date information on client

businesses, contacts and specific details on our last contact and relationships with them

- Tailoring creds presentations to suit the interests and needs of different prospects


1-2 years or more experience in a similar role
Good organisation skills and capable of multi-tasking several ongoing activity streams
Able to track your own progress and able to self motivate
Tenacious, resilient and proactive in their approach to tasks
Good with people and building relationship
Strong writing and reading skills

A competative salary and commission is offered
