Qualitative Research Manager Financial Services

Great qualitative experience on the agency side, strong people skills and excellent command of the English language (reading, writing and spoken) - are vital!

An interest ind developing skills in financial services, UX / Usability and quant experience preferred.

You will work on a mixture of Large scale international projects (end to end) as well as smaller Ad-Hoc projects within financial services, B2B and B2C. Clients vary from banks, insurance companies to payment platforms, or fintech companies.

Applications from experienced SRE's looking to move into the next level are welcome.
The team is extremely successful and growing for 3 years in a row.

Responsibilities will include end to end project management from support in preparing proposals and costings to insights delivery.

You will have a strong background with experience in an agency environment and strong interest in developing qualitative skills.

- Well rounded research skills, covering all stages of the project cycle
- A demonstrable ability to work to deadlines and to juggle competing priorities
- A high level of competence in working with both Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English (other language skills are a bonus)
- Outstanding project management
- An eye for detail, in particular the ability to spot irregularities in data and to establish the source of the problem
- The ability to interpret and synthesise data (both numbers and words) and to understand what this means for a client
- Good interpersonal skills that will facilitate strong working relationships with team members, external partners and clients
- The ability, ambition and drive to progress
