An International TV client is seeking a Talent Coordinator for the CEEMEA region.
Role is an immediate start for 3 months initially.

The role will support a recruiter with administrative duties such as:
-tracking applicant information for contractors and freelancers,
-using iCims or similar recruitment system
-handling all queries in the recruitment department
-scheduling interviews
-supporting the central HR admin team with payroll procedures and deadlines
-supporting employer branding projects, developing and managing the relationships with universities
-arranging and participating at recruitment fairs and forums
-talent pipelining
-taking hiring briefs from managers
-suppporting regional HR teams with on-boarding and inductionsand ensuring that documents are compliant

chosen candidate will need to be available immediately, the following would be highly desirable but not essential:
-Turkish, Polish German or Arabic languages would be advantageous
-cultural awareness
-Web design experience HTML
-passion for learning and development, Wellbeing and Inclusion, hire experience
