A Global Professional Advisory business was looking to hire their Global VP for Research based in London. They employ over 1700 globally.
The key challenges were recruiting for a Market Research Leader with a background in consulting as well as experience building technology platforms.
The client lacked a network of credible candidates. They also had no experience recruiting at this level in this market and required utmost discretion for such a sensitive senior hire.
What we did
After an initial strategic briefing with the senior hire contacts, Boyce Recruitment was retained. Using our network, we built a talent plan to source, identify and locate the most suitable candidates. We determined that search was the best method due to the small pool of suitable candidates in potentially an overpopulated, talent pool.
We located and pre-screened eight prospects out of which five were presented at the first interview. After a 3 round selection process, two were shortlisted, and the most suitable candidate was identified within four weeks of the first round.
