Case Study Social Media Project Manager

An award-winning creative agency was looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a good knowledge of specialist PM tools as well as managing social media projects and fluency in a European language. The company comprised of a 100% UK based remote workforce.

 

Key Challenges

The key challenges for this role were finding people with the relevant background and skillset who could confidently manage clients, handle pressure as well as enjoy working in a 100% remote role. While the work is interesting and the demand for remote working from jobseekers had increased, the company always found recruiting a challenge, and they were in a situation where they could not compromise on any of their needs. They also needed to be sure that the person they hired had excellent working English as well as fluency in a European language. Having exhausted several avenues, they reached out to us to see if we could identify anyone in our network that could be suitable.

 

What we did

Within five days, we identified three suitable applicants and presented them for interview with the client. Within fifteen days from the initial brief, and after two rounds of interviews, the client selected their preferred candidate who went on to ‘e-meet’ the CEO before being offered a role.
