An international broadcast channel was looking to fill several interim roles in order to help them through an extended period of restructuring as a result of a major merger.
The key challenges they faced were sourcing five suitable candidates with experience in presentation scheduling and planning to start within a very short deadline. The client had already exhausted their pool of candidates and needed to work with an agency who understood their challenges, could provide a shortlist of prequalified candidates at very short notice, and maintain confidentiality in the process.
What we did
Using our network of candidates, we drew up a suitable shortlist of eight candidates over four days, which resulted in the hire of five suitable long-term contractors to start within the agreed and desired timeframe.
