In order to ensure that your weekly is processed correctly we require information on how you wish to be paid. This information is processed solely by our payroll department and will be retained for the purposes of processing any payments which are due to you.

This information will not be shared with your recruitment consultant.

Please note, if you have been placed by us, or you have worked as a temp in the last 5 years, there are obligations for statutory financial reporting that mean that your details may need to be retained, but they will not be accessible to our team of recruiters only by our Accounts manager who in this instance is the Data Controller.

If you do not have a national insurance number you will be issued a temporary number but it will be your legal responsibility to request an NI number.
