Temp of the month
Temps don’t often get recognition for the work they do, especially when they stand in for unplanned absences or extended sick leave without any formal company training.
It takes a special person to be a long term temp, and it takes a lot of confidence to pick up the pieces when starting a new assignment, although admittedly it isn’t always about falling into a minefield of chaos.
We have launched Temp of the month this week. We ask you to nominate anyone you feel is worthy of such a good cause and also tell us the reasons why.
