An experienced Schedule / Bookings Co-ordinator is required to support the busy OB team.

Candidates MUST have previous experience of dealing with Broadcast / Post Production related bookings and scheduling.

Duties will include:
- Organising travel, accommodation, licenses etc
- Organising appropriate crew and equipment for bookings
- Manage rosta's and communicate these to the team
- Distributing documentation
- Input information onto internal systems
- Liaising with clients on requests
