My client is a leading global online research panel service provider and currently has 2 openings for experienced online / market research project executives to join their team.
You will be responsible for a number of projects, including, ensuring each project is set-up efficiently, liaising with the client over issues affecting set-up and fieldwork, tackling issues as they arise (or escalating them to the attention of the appropriate person), ensuring established processes are followed during the project and that required documentation is kept up to date.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Project Management (80%)
Manage every aspect of online project management, including:
• Client liaison / servicing: communicating with clients, panel partners and outsource company;
• Providing advice on project and questionnaire requirements;
• Survey scheduling and set-up;
• Sample specification;
• Survey monitoring;
• Data checking and validation;

Previous relevant experience is preferred for this role. We are also interested in speaking to suitable candidates who are interested in temping in similar roles.
