Leading global agency specialised in Brand & Communications research is currently recruiting for Research Directors with Telecommunications sector specialism.
This is a real opportunity to focus on one of the most exciting areas of research, namely brand and communications, media and brand equity
Combining innovative quant ad hoc and continuous research methods, you will be tasked with delivering expert research-based consultancy for clients, advising them on consumer perceptions and behaviour as well as trends in the marketing and media space.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a client base of 3-4 Telco’s brands, relationship building, acting credibly at a senior level to fully understand business needs
- Planning complex research projects that will exceed client requirements
- Reviewing research design and overseeing the implementation of innovative research techniques and processes to analysis, drawing on outside expertise where required to add further insight
- Inspiring your account team of Directors & Managers to generate insight for clients which will answer their key questions about branding and communications techniques
- Managing progress of client accounts and ensuring financial success for your team
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Substantial, consistent experience working for a research agency to director (AD / SAD / RD) level, quant specialism
- Creative approach to research methods and analysis, ability to draw on all sources to add valid insight to client reports
- Specialisation and a passion for the telecommunications sector
- Passion for branding and communication research
- Previous client-side and or marketing experience advantageous but not essential
