Fluent Swiss French speaker with account management and previous localisation experience required to manage a prestigious account.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing Translation and cultural localisation projects following the approved processes
You should have experience of ensuring projects are delivered by the agreed target date and that the final material delivered is of the highest quality
You should be competent client communicator who can manage all stages of the workflow process
You will have demonstrable team skills and communicate changes to other members and maintain glossaries on a project-by-project basis.
You will be accountable for quality control and consistency and support the terminologist with all QC issues.
You must be able to developing strong client relationships with decision makers and ensure that you manage their expectations at all times.
Liaison with freelancers and proofreaders and adhere to the checklist controls/templates
You should have a linguistic background, an interest in languages, have worked within project management in a client facing roles ideally within a production environment.
