Mystery shopping Account Manager £25,000 Financial sector
based in Oxford, this is an interesting project management role for a degree educated individual with an interest in the financial sector to join a world leader in front line customer service measurement.
You will employ your man management skills as well as project management skills, co-ordinating mystery shopping activities and presenting reports , strategic insights and recommendations on service and compliance across all customer touch points.
Successful applicants will have previous man management skills, strong analytical skills with experience of working with data, and an interest in developing knowledge of the retail market.
