Boyce Broadcast and Media has been established since 2002 - Providing Television Channels, Broadcast Service Facilities, Production and Post Production clients with all levels of Broadcast professionals across a variety of positions for Temporary, Contract and Permanent recruitment.
Specialties: Presentation Scheduling, Programming Planning, Media Planning, Acquisitions, Broadcast Operations, On-Air Creative Services, TV Distribution and Affiliate Sales, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Commercial Operations, Compliance, Audience Research, TV Distribution, Home Entertainments, Content Delivery (VOD, Linear, IPTV), Production and Post Production - All specifically within the Broadcast and Entertainment industry sector.
We are looking to expand on these areas as well as create new offerings for our clients, ie Digital, Marketing, Technology etc, there are many avenues to explore within the broadcast sector.
Must have at least 1 years Recruitment experience within a full 360 role. Media Recruitment Industry experience is advantageous, but we are open to other sectors - Must be passionate about Recruitment and excited to work within the Broadcast industry.
New Business Development
You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish. New Business Development experience is essential, as part of this role will be able to build within our existing clients, but also to bring in new clients specific to your specialist areas. A Strong Negotiator is key!
Strong Account Management/Client Servicing
You must be able to demonstrate strong client servicing skills, building and developing relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Talent Recruitment teams and Line Managers. A confident solutions person, who can manage difficult situations, problem solve and work under pressure.
With extensive sourcing and networking skills, you will build a continual network of candidates within your specialist areas, to match those requirements of your clients whilst identifying new opportunities that could be explored. As an experienced Consultant you will be able to manage the full candidate and client experience from brief to placement.
To develop new business and bring in Client Accounts within your specialist area and build on existing relationships to expand our recruitment services for Permanent, Fixed Term Contracts and Freelance.
To generate new candidates through networking/lead generation/recommendations and referrals, as well as sourcing through ITRIS, Job Boards and Social Media.
Interviewing and briefing candidates for live roles or pipelining for future opportunities.
To manage recruitment processes from start to end, managing client and candidate relationships ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
To meet and exceed revenue targets and activity targets set by Director
To ensure all registration and compliance administration is completed, updating all client and candidate records.
