Temporary, Interim and Freelance

We are able to offer short and long term cover for projects, sick and holiday leave, extra workloads, temp to perm and headcount cover.  Our temps are supplied to help our clients on a daily basis and have specialist skills which are in high demand or rare to source.

We are lucky enough to have worked with some of our temporary workforce for many years. We spend time understanding why they are looking for temp work and what kind of assignments would suit them. We have an excellent success rate and are confident that we have the know how to place the right temp into the right assignment time and time again.

You can book a temp for as short as 4 hours or for as long as you need.  You can be assured we will be taking care of all pay and legislative elements as well as managing their on-going welfare.  Many of our temps are hired into permanent roles with our clients, others choose to temp as it suits their circumstances and life. All of them are fully briefed about the role and the client and we do everything we would usually in the permanent recruitment process, to ensure that they are ready and prepared to work with you.  Just let us know if you need additional background checks as we also administer criminal and credit checks for many of our clients.

Payroll service

We payroll and manage team members for our clients when they don’t have the resources or budget to do so themselves.  We have helped them with interns, direct hires and referrals and this has ensured that their workers are looked after and their pay and rights are managed and administered correctly

Credit Checks and Criminal Checks

HR teams are constantly revising and implementing background checking policies with variants to reflect local statute and policy.  Many background checking elements are already in place as part of boycerecruitment agreements however, in the cases where there is a direct or agency  hire (freelance contractor, FTC or permanent head) there are areas of the checking process which can be exposed.   boycerecruitment offers a wide range of screening services to  clients and additionally have offered similar options to clients who recruit direct freelance staff in addition to traditional temp resources.  Typically we offer additional checks for:
